From scholarships to infrastructure improvements, every project reflects our shared commitment to excellence, service and giving back.
Scholarship Programme
Investing in Future Medical Professionals
Education has the power to transform lives. CoMSAA proudly partners with the Colombo Medical School Scholarship Programme to provide financial assistance to deserving medical students facing financial hardship.
Thanks to the generosity of our alumni community, AUD $8,000 has been contributed towards scholarships, helping students focus on their studies and achieve their aspirations of becoming the next generation of healthcare leaders.
Infrastructure Development
Creating Better Learning Environments
We believe that investing in the Faculty’s facilities is an investment in future generations of medical professionals. Through alumni contributions, CoMSAA has supported projects that enhance student learning and wellbeing, including:
- AUD $3,000 contributed towards the refurbishment of the Family Medicine Unit.
- AUD $4,700 contributed towards the refurbishment of the De Saram Place Girls' Hostel, improving accommodation for medical students.
These projects provide lasting benefits for both current students and the Faculty community.
